Our Leadership Team
Randy Marler
Union PresidentRandy Marler
Union PresidentI’m Randy Marler, a dedicated firefighter with 23 years of experience, proudly serving the Spokane community from Firehouse 4 and Ladder 4 in downtown Spokane. My journey in firefighting, fueled by a relentless passion for public safety, has been a rewarding adventure.
My firefighting journey has been driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact. Beyond the firehouse, you’ll often find me conquering slopes on skis in the winter and relishing the thrill of water skiing in the warmer months.
At the heart of it all is my family — my wife and our four incredible kids, ages 26, 21, 20, and 18. Their unwavering support adds a profound dimension to my life and fuels my commitment to professional excellence and personal fulfillment.
Beyond the front lines, I wear another hat as the Union President, advocating for my fellow firefighters’ rights, welfare, and professional growth. It’s a role that adds depth to my commitment to the firefighting community, ensuring our voices are heard and our needs are addressed.
